Experts from BPS International are pleased to support the magazine “Innovation Bau” with their know-how in its planned, large “MEP Softwaretest 2018”. The aim of the “MEP Softwaretest 2018” is to create an independent, editorial, software evaluation of the most important MEP software manufacturers represented in Germany. A team of experts consisting of MEP engineers from BPS International will put the software products through their paces. After evaluation of the individual software modules of all participating software providers, it is planned to publish an independent test report on the online platform. Particular emphasis is placed on honest feedback and independent and transparent reporting in this test.
“This test not only helps our team to better assess the software landscape, but also gives our colleagues from the industry a clear advantage when deciding on their next MEP software purchase,” explains Nick Loth, Business Development at BPS International. “The comparison of the individual MEP software products opens up new perspectives that will help us to continue to offer our customers long-term advantages through BIM planning in the future,” Loth continues. “I am looking forward to working with the BPS Group and to offering my readers exclusive software tests that will hopefully help engineering and architecture offices in their daily work with BIM software,” adds Fabian von Stülpnagel, editor-in-chief at Innovation Bau.
The BPS Group unites architects, MEP engineers, IT specialists and software developers for a digitalization of the construction industry. The focus is on object-based planning through building information modeling and the development of software and hardware components for cost and time management in the construction process as well as industrial IoT systems.
As a builder, investor and operator of its own commercial properties of over 100,000 m², the BPS Group can fall back on broad practical experience with BIM-based planning and operation of large properties.
