BPS International on BIM Innovationsforum
Experts from BPS International and around 30 other participants passed on their knowledge on the topics of digitisation, inventory, BIM passports and BIM & construction documentation to an interested expert audience at the two-part BIM Innovation Forum.
At the event organised by the BIM Innovation Forum together with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and Navispace AG, experts came together to promote and facilitate the application and implementation of BIM in the individual companies. This interdisciplinary network of experts enables the initiation of cooperations between the construction industry, architects, specialist engineers, IT and high-tech industry. The aim of the industry meeting is to establish an innovative, cross-sector network for the development and promotion of innovations in the field of “Building Information Modelling" (BIM) and to deepen existing contacts, to exchange best practices and to get to know his colleagues better and personally.
Especially the technical exchange was in focus at the event:
The BPS Group is sending proven experts into the group: Dimitri Kats, Managing Director of BPS Planung GmbH, will take part in the expert workshops BIM & Construction Documentation as a specialist of the BPS Group. Nick Loth, Business Development Manager at BPS International, also contributed his experience and expertise in BIM to the BIM & M2M and IoT expert panel.
“I am very pleased to be invited and honored to speak as an expert on BIM and IoT," says Jakov Samsonov, Head of IoT Development at BPS International.
The event took place in a pleasant setting. Getting to know each other at a joint breakfast and professional exchange at the final get- together did not miss out either. The event was organized by navispace in the beautifully located Andechs Monastery.
